Welcome to Ignacio "Nacho" Torres' official blog. The site documents Nacho's bodybuilding career and travels from his home in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. To date the photos are from trips to Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico, Russia, Canada and the USA.
In November 2008, Nacho won the MuscleMania Middleweight World Championship in Las Vegas, beating out formidable challengers from China, Pakistan, Romania, the Philippines , India and the United States. On september 2010 he did his profesional bodybuilding debut in Toronto Canada compeing against formidable profesional bodybuilders getting a 6th place and leaving Canada dtermided to return for the title next 2011 wbff world championship.
Nacho has since traveled twice to the USA and is now coaching a winning team of Uruguayan and southamerican bodybuilders, while continuing his own training.

Eggsontoast, Ignacio. Great photos. And the warming up vid. was good. You should add commentary on what you do. What did you eat the day of your finals? You ran over a cat on the way? Give us something. Have a community. A following. We are here because we want to know about you, not to just see you.

Thanks for your comment. Nacho will see this tomorrow; he is in Uruguay and it's already quite late.
There will be more of an open forum when the website is up an running. We have had some setbacks with our timeline, and of course logisitics between Uruguay and the US plays a role.
The blog is currently only to showcase his travels, competition and modeling, and doesn't have a question/answer section. Unfortnately, we are limited in both time and energy. Nacho is spread very thin, between his family, his friends, the gym, training for his trip to the US and his personal training jobs, plus he gives advice to other bodybuilders throughout South America. At the moment I am handling his blogs myself with help from a friend in New York.
Please be patient a bit longer. Nacho really does read the comments, loves his fans and cares deeply about what people think. We always discuss the comments together each day. He is a wonderful, kind, and fun man. He has an enormous following, so much that it is has become almost a full time job for me to keep up with it. He is constantly on the run, and has almost no free time.
